Some knowledge in admining and server management.
Features include:
Admin commands only, enforced by steam id. Prompts if unauthorized access.
Can use identifiers (#all #ct #t #spec #un #dead #alive).
Creates a gimp list for admins to see the people who can be gimped and their gimped status
Randomly selects phrases to replace the gimped player's text.
Up to 20 custom gimp phrases.
Custom announce phrases when a player is gimped/ungimped.
Immunity for select steam id's.
Valid commands:
Server Console or Rcon:
gimp "playername" or "identifier"

Client console:
gimp "playername" or "identifier"

Client chat:
@gimp "playername" or "identifier"

Valid identifiers:
#all -- Gimps all players.
#ct -- Gimps counter-terrorists.
#t -- Gimps terrorists.

#un -- Gimps unassigned players (players who haven't joined a team yet).
#dead -- Gimps dead players.
#alive --Gimps alive players.
Type just gimp or @gimp for description and syntax.
